of a new house consists of 2 parts plus GST:

1. Drafting
Fees
Drafting fees depend on the
square footage of the finished house
The drafting fee rate is as
follows:
A.
Drafting Package
For finished floor and
garage - $0.70 / sq. ft.
For finished basement - $0.35 / sq. ft.
Basic Package is designed for
those who already have the floor plans and elevations they like sketched
out to scale, and the house structure does not require special (not
standard) construction. This package includes up to 3 change orders to be
done during Preliminary Design Stage. Change orders above included number
in the package will be charged on per hourly basis.
B.
Design Package
For finished floor and
garage - $1.00 / sq. ft.
For finished basement - $0.45 / sq. ft.
Design Package is designed for
those who do not necessarily have sketches of floor plans and elevations
and/or the building or the part thereof requires unusual (not standard)
construction. This package includes presentation of different front
elevations to choose from and up to 7 change orders during Preliminary
Design Stage. This number of change orders is usually sufficient to
do a thorough design. In case if you will need more changes during
Preliminary Design Stage you will be charged extra on hourly basis.
2. Printing
Costs
Printing costs depend on the
number of sets you desire, and the number of sheets in a set. The number
of sheets in a set depends on the size of your house, and usually ranges from 4
to 6 sheets per set. And as to the number of sets, normally you won't need more
than 10.
You will be charged for each
sheet at the rate of $3.50 per sheet.

bungalow (1400 sq. ft.) with
10'x20' single garage (10x20=200 sq. ft.),
and unfinished basement.
